bring Aerospace Titanium and F1 Carbon Fibre to the aftermarket.
These materials help with greater strength, improved weight reduction and increased durability
and coupled with the use of T304 grade stainless steel, enables Scorpion to bring cutting edge
materials to their road products.
Scorpion exhausts are manufactured to comply with the ISO9002 Quality System and are fitted as
original equipment on Range Rover Sport vehicles.
Scorpion works closely with testing labs DEKRA and MIRA, to ensure compliance with the
latest European legislation, on noise and emission testing. Each exhaust is thoroughly
tested for noise on the vehicle it was designed for, in both a static and drive by test.
EBC Brake Pads and Brake Discs
Founded in 1978, EBC Brakes is the last truly independent British friction materials
manufacturer with manufacturing facilities in Northampton and Bristol, making the largest
range of disc brake pads in the world, in a range of high performance materials for the
discerning driver or race team.
EBC directed its focus onto the automotive market in the early 1990s and quickly made
its mark with ranges such as the new R90 approved Ultimax pad range followed by domination
in the sport brake market with its GreenStuff Kevlar brakes and RedStuff Ceramic brake pad
ranges. The new hybrid range of YellowStuff pads for track and street was quick to follow
along with two ranges of drilled and slotted sport brake discs.
In 2002 EBC Brakes completed the acquisition of its partner factor European Friction
Industries or EFI in Bristol UK where all of its brake pads are made. EBC went on
to automate and modernise the EFI plant to make it one of Europe's most advanced and
automated brake manufacturers and surely Europe's leading independently owned facility.
